a little about me

Growing up around public safety and legal representation, I wanted to give back in my own way.

In college, at the University of Mount Olive, I solidified that desire by focusing on Clinical Psychology. From there I went on to Graduate school at Campbell University with a focus on Community Mental Health Counseling.

I’ve been practicing since 2015.

When I’m not in sessions, you can find me spending time with my husband, our black lab Theodore, or spending as much time outside as possible whether that’s exercising, hiking, going to Universal Studios or Disney; I just enjoy the sunshine!
