EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING:
Helps those who have experienced trauma. This can be an extensive process but research shows it has profound effects reducing triggers and helping an individual get back to their normal life.

Telehealth is the use of technology in your home, office, personal space that allows you to communicate with your therapist and receive services remotely. When working with me I utilize WebEx. I will send a link from WebEx the night before our scheduled session. It is important that your are in a space where no one else is around so that we can maintain HIPPA privacy laws. Our first session will be me gathering information from your paperwork that you will have completed and asking you to elaborate on your responses. This is also where you can ask questions about the process and what you expect and your goals for attending therapy!
